what is exactly the latest date to apply for FLR ?

what is exactly the latest date to apply for FLR ?

I'm planning to apply for my second period of FLR(m) after 4 months.

My spouse visa was been granted on 15th September 2016, and will expire on 14th June 2019.
I came to UK on 7th October 2016.

So I'm wondering :

1_ what is exactly the earliest and latest date to apply for FLR ?

2_ Do I need to translate the divorce certificate again? Or only can use the same that I used for spouse visa.

1. 28 days before of completing 30 months but preferably apply very close to date of expiry on BRP to avoid any shortfall in achieving ILR in future.

2. No further translation will be needed and if accepted initially then will be accepted again.

One more question please

Is it okay to use bank statements that the bank use to post every month ?
I have had all bank statements from June.
So from June to May will be 12 months statements.


Note:
My partner is on benefit. So we are exempt from financial requirements.

Am I right if I apply from 31/03/2019 up to expiry date?

One more question please...

Do I have to include my husband's children information to my FLR m online form?

They are 3, but only one is under 18 , the rest are over 18 (20 and 23 years old)

And do I need their passports number and their and their parents birth certificates?

Do I have to include my stepson and stepdaughter to my online FLR m form?
They're over 18 (20 & 23 years old) .

If yes, what to do if their passports are expired !!?

Safer to apply from Sunday, 7 April 2019 and before expiry of leave.

Can your step children renew their passports in time? What are their immigration status and histories?

They're British citizen. Not applying, and Independents..

The online form is asking about loaf of evidences related to them. Do I have to provide it all as well?
