What Form Should I Use Please?

Good Morning Members,
Can someone please advice me on on what form I should use for my ILR application. I have been a dependant of my wife who just got her ILR from tier 1 entrepreneur route. Is it SET O or SET M? Thank you very much.

Set(O) as you are a PBS Dependent visa holder.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
