Hi All,

Last January got my ILR approved, after completing 5 years in Tier 2.

My wife joined me in Jan 2017 with Tier 2 Dependent visa, which expires in Dec 2018. (Her current visa is tier 2 dependent)

Since her visa expires in Dec 2018, what's the next visa she need to apply?

Appreciate your guidance.

She can continue to extend her Tier 2 dependent visa till she qualifies for ILR.

An extension shortly before her current visa expires will be a 3 year extension.
