What Visa should I apply for , If I want to study in UK for one year in a private organization which is not a Universit

hello,

I am Rahul. I am from India. I want to go to UK to attend a one year training program and this program is not provided by a typical university rather it is provided by a private oganization so my question is what visa should I apply for to attend this program?

Is the private organisation licensed to sponsor students?
How old are you?
Is the course to study English?

The op wants to study an outdoorsman type course, ie like river rafting etc.

It depends. They may have a license to sponsor Student visas, in which case they will need to check that you can be sponsored under that route.

If they do not have a license, there is no visa for that, unless you qualify under the upcoming Indian Young Professionals Scheme. Only very basic information about that has been announced, but there are criteria around age, and either experience or education. You can do a Google search.
