What would enhance my fiance's application?

Post by Kumbi » Tue Jul 07, 2009 11:16 am

I have an indefinate leave to remain due to my previous marriage. The marriage broke down despite all my efforts and now i'm getting a divorce. My fiance proposed soon after and we are getting married in december in my home country. We had been in a relationship before then we broke up and I travelled here and got married.
I saw him last in April 2008 when I traveled home on holidays. We didn't start going out again until december last year and we're getting married this december. Will this militate against his application?

Also he applied for transit visa with a group of his work mates to go to Romania via UK and they were refused due to they company not providin enuf evidence. On arrival to Romania, they were refused entry as well as they hoped to get their visa from the airport as they normally do, but the process had changed. Will this also militate against him?
If so, what other documents might we need to help enhance his application? Because of the transit visa application refusal, he does not have much confidence and i've tired to reassure him but i want to prepare as well.
Can someone help please???!!!

After marriage, he may apply for a spouse visa, subject to the maintenance and accommodation requirements.

However, he must declare all his previous visa refusals, else he may be refused due to deception.
