When can I apply for British citizenship?

Hi all,could someone please clarify do I have to have the PR card for 12 months before applying for British citizenship?
I received my PR card 16/02/18 dated 12/02/18 but in the attached letter it says that I am deemed to have acquired my permanent residence in UK on 06/04/17.
Do I have to wait till 16/02/19 or can I apply this year after 06/04?

12 months after the date stated in the letter.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
