Which Dependent visa to apply for?

Post by SHRUTHIG21 » Wed Nov 08, 2023 7:14 pm

Hi,

Thanks for sharing this. Just a follow-up question on this.
My husband is currently on ILR and I have 3 more years to go for my ILR. I came in with a Dependant Skilled worker visa (Tier 2 General). However now when I want to extend my visa for another 3 years (and ensure the ILR clock doesn't reset) , i understand I should apply through skilled worker dependant route rather than FLRM form route. Is it right?

If I do so, in the visa form, they ask for Certificate of Sponsorship number of my husband's visa which won't be valid anymore as he is on ILR. Can you advise how to proceed with this please?

Rule number 1 of the forum, please do not tag your questions onto other members topics. It is considered rude and unfair to other members to ask your questions in their topics.

You put the CoS details of his last visa sponsor he had when he applied for ILR.

Thankyou very much for your response. It is very helpful.

Apologies. I wasnt aware of the rules. I thought it is easier for questions related to the same topics to go together. Anyway will keep in mind for next time.

Thanks,
Shruthi
