5 YEARS ILR ROUTE

Post by rashisanu » Thu Dec 12, 2019 4:41 pm

Hello Everyone,

I'm hoping if someone could help me with my query.

I have been with the same employer under Tier 2, and have qualified for 5 year ILR route. The question that I have (I'm getting conflicting responses on this) :
What is the weekly hour base that UKVI uses to calculate threshold salary? I know for Tier 2 they use 39hr/week
[/list]

I earn £2791/month on a 35hr a week contract? Does this make me eligible (assuming UKVI is using 39/hr week as base to calculate £35800/annum)

My current visa expires on 20th December ,so would appreciate if someone can help with this.

I also will be come eligible for 10 year ILR from 5th Jan 2020.

Please do not spam the forum with multiple duplicate topics.

Your question is NOT relevant to the Tier 2 sub forum as it is about ILR.
