20 years long residency flr

Hello to all,
Iam new in this forum.
Does any one know how long it takes to make a dicission on 20 years long residency?


solicitor submited application on september2018
nhs and application fees payed

received letter for biometric on october 2018, done at post office strait away.
any one applyed in the same way or have information about the process please share the info.

came to uk 20/07/1998 ilegaly
applyed for asylum, refused and refused again and again
all appeals exosted 2004
aplyed again in 2009, fresh claim 2012 no chance
solicitor tryed in 2013, 2014, 2015 no chance
september 2018 solicitor submited 20 years long residency application
nhs and visa application fee payed
documents to proof was her for evey year submited
october 2018 got biometric letter confirming application received and to go to post office, fingers print and picture and fees taken.


since biometric letter nothing new yet,

These FLR(FP) applications can take many months, often more than a year. All you can do is wait.

There isnt anything you can do to speed it up unfortunately. You are at the mercy of HO now. After 6 months, perhaps contact your MP to enquire on your behalf.
