Set LR does not allow dependents to be added because EACH person apply must meet the requirements on their own. You have to complete a separate application form for each person applying.1) Will there be a separate application for me and my son or both of us have to submit one single application SET (LR). My son would be 12 years when we submit the application.
Yes, apply online within 28 days before reaching 10 years. Biometrics appointment is just that, biometrics enrollment. Your date of application is the date you submit and pay online.2) After our visa approval we entered UK on 31st March 2014. My assumption is we are eligible to have our biometrics any time from 2nd March 2024.
You need to declare them.3) I have received a 3 endorsement points for speeding offence 2 years back but it was not a court offence. I hope this will not have any impact on my application.
No, he needs ILR first. He has not entitlement to British citizenship if he was born abroad. His father holding ILR is irrelevant if he was born abroad.4) My son has been in the uk for 10 years however he was born outside UK. Is there any chance for him to go directly for British citizenship since his dad has already got a ILR.
Do you work for a company and get paid through payroll or are you self employed?5) I have been doing part time but haven't filed any tax so far. As the income is very less. I know there won't be any question related to this on the application still do i need to be prepared on this.
Fine.6) I will be submitting my Life in UK test details and apart from that I have done a masters degree in UK hence i think i don't have to go for NARIC certificates.
So why do you need to file taxes? Tax would be taken automatically through payroll if you earned at the threshold level.
You don't need to do a self assessment!I meant self assessment tax returns with HMRC. I haven't done that so far as my monthly salary is very less.
It doesn't matter who completes the forum, the child is the applicant.Either myself or my husband have to fill out a separate application for my son.
The form will tell you what is needed but if under 18, just passports covering 10 years is likely the mandatory document.1) Any idea what type of supporting documents would be asked for my son for his application
Super Priority is for the UKVI application decision processing. It has nothing to do with the biometric appointment. Each applicant is individual on its own. Book appointments for biometrics as needed.2) Also, does both of our appointments have to be on the same day. Getting a super priority slot for two applications for the same day would be challenging.
