CANCELLATION OF TIER 4 CAS

HI,
Just recently I have applied for the extension of my Tier 4 visa and while my visa was in process my Tier 4 sponsor canclled my CAS although I have paid the full fee. He said you didnt come regularly although I went there to attend the classs. He said he cant turned it back. I have still to give my biometric and am in trouble what to do? Should I go for biometric? What will UKBA will do ? Can anyone guide me here?

You need to get another CAS if yo can and either vary your leave or do a fresh application.
Once a CAS gets cancelled it is a pointless exercise doin your biometrics.

If the same college would take their decision back and issue a new CAS would that be ok? Can a college take back their decision?

They will have to issue a new CAS. If they do that you can vary the leave.using the new CAS.

Do you mean to say that I have to take admission again and give the admission fee again?

No they just issue you anew CAS

I have talked with the college and they have agreed to restore me. They say they will send email to UK border agency about their decision. I asked them to issue new CAS but they say its not necessary. Is it ok for them to just send email and not new CAS?

If the CAS is still showing as unused on the system they can amend it to show that it remains valid. So it is possible. Ask for a copy of the amended CAS just for proof.

Today I got my refusal for Tier 4 visa on the basis that my sponsor have withdrawn my CAS. They have given me appeal right. I want to ask can I apply with new CAS with a new application? Do I have to show everything new like bank statement? If my previoius sponsor can send another CAS would that be ok?

I need urgent answer as I have been given 10 business days to appeal.

You can withdraw a CAS that you have assigned to a student if they have not yet used it to
support an application for a visa or an extension of stay. You must do this using the SMS.

It is written in UKBA rules. can any one explain it? What is the meaning of used CAS? Is there a difference between cancelling a CAS and withdrawing a CAS by Tier 4 sponsor?

On the 22nd of November I recieved a refusal letter for my Tier 4 visa and the reason given was that my sponsor or college has already withdrawn my CAS and thus my CAS has become invalid, I have been given the right to appeal, though with in 10 busniess days. I need your advise what to do? I have contacted the solicitor and he said that I should go for appeal and if my previous college would agree to issue the CAS again to me then I would be ok. However, my sponsor has refused to issue me new CAS. What should I do? Any suggestions, Its urgent!!!

Appeal, leave or apply for a different class of visa.

If your sponsor won't re-issue the CAS - then I think your options are the latter two.

Can I send another CAS from another college while my appeal is pending? and as soon as my appeal is dealt with or when I withdrawn my appeal?

Have you got new CASS from a new sponsor.

Then you can argue that the Secretary of State acted unfairly in not notifying you of the withdrawal and that the court should consider the new CASS

I havent got the new CAS yet. Can I apply a new Tier 4 application after withdrawing my appeal ?

You can apply for tier 4 once you get a new CAS.
The chances of getting a CAS from a reputable college is very low becasue they don't want to get involved with students with refusals.
If they do give you a CAS it will be a challenge to get a visa unless you have sorted out the issues behind your refusal.
