Regarding of Biometrics in the case of lose of fingertips

Iam newly registered to immigration boards. I lost my finger tips in an accident and i had a surgery in NHS, Because of this is there any problem regarding of my biometrics of my hand for immigration to any other countries.Please help me is there any procedure for this

Is there any format for the letter that is given by the clinician regarding of my plastic surgery for the fingers?

There is no specific format as such, he should just write a letter stating the facts of your problem etc and can address it 'To Whom It May Concern'
