Tier2ICT to Tier 4, Tier4 to Tier 2General before completion

Hi Team,

I am currently in Tier 2 ICT Long Term and my visa expires on 20-Apr-16. I applied for Master course in UK and I got my CAS.

Please help me in resolving following queries.

1. I am planning to resign my current job ( Tier 2 ICT LT) and planning to switch in to Tier 4 Visa. Once switched, another employer is ready to offer me a job in Tier 2 General. Would it be possible for me to switch before course completion.

2. If so how long does it take for switching from Tier2 ICT LT to Tier 4 similarly Tier4 student to Tier 2 General ?

Kindly help me in resolving my queries.
