Hi
I have obtained ILR on December 2017.
My wife is on PBS dependent currently and We are
planning to apply for my wife's FLR(M) on next month and same time we need to apply for the British citizenship for our two kids .Both of them were born here in UK before my ILR.
Older one is now on PBS dependent visa which will be expired next month.
Can he apply under MN 1 application form and I am bit confused about Question 1.3 as he doesn't have ILR.
Can I leave the date filed blank.
Our younger son just turned one and he still has no visa or passport. We are waiting for the citizenship act certificate from our country.Would he be able to apply for the British citizenship once he received the citizenship certificate from our country if not which application we should use.
Thank you

Both kids can be registered as British Citizens without ILR using form MN1 if they were born here. (Leave blank)
You can apply for 2nd child without a passport or nationality documents as child was born here.

Hi
Just a bit more clarification.
Our younger son was born on the 18th January 2017 in UK. Can he apply for British citizenship through MN1 form.He has Sri Lankan birth certificate but we still waiting for his citizenship certificate.Would he be able to apply without his Sri Lankan citizenship certificate. What does stateless means?
Thank you.

Stateless person is someone who is not a citizen of any country. He can apply without his Sri
lankan citizenship cert.

Hi
Please we need help filling the form FLRM
None of our children are applying with my wife.
FLR (M ) form page 64
We dont have any passport /travel document for our younger son (15 months old) to confirm his immigration, settlement or citizenship status. He has only got his Sri Lankan birth certificate and we are waiting for his Sri Lankan citizen ship certificate.
What we should mention in the application form.
Also we havent saved old letters that we got for them therfore unable to provide them as evidence. What we should do?
Please advice.

Please do not post FLR(M) questions in the British citizenship sub forum. You have already asked this question in your topic in the Family Immigration sub forum. Please wait for someone to respond there.

It takes a few weeks, be patient.
Why didn't you apply online and then submitting using NDRS to submit supporting documents as you would then get to keep hold of all originals while you wait.
You will only get your original documents back when a decision has been made.
