Hi Everybody , i need advice on my ILR SETO Application with 3 dependents
My TIME LINE IS AS FOLLOWS
1. hsmp approval 9/01/2009
2.Entered first in UK 29/05/2009
3. Visa extended under tier1 on 06/05/2011
4. Visa expires on 05/05/2014
5. 5 years completes on 28/05/2014.

So I am falling short of 24 days to complete total 5 years legal stay.

My Queries.
Can I apply for ILR ON 05/05/2014 i.e 24 days before my fifth anniversary?
or
Shall i apply for Tier1 extension for 24 days ?

Your qualifying period started when you entered the UK.
You may apply for ILR between Thursday, 1 May 2014 and 04 May 2014.
