I amr eally confused about the 180 rule to qualify for ILR
Some people say its 180 days in 5 years and some says its 180 in one year. Can someone please clarify which one is correct.
I have already spent 172 days out of the country but in 2 separate years but dont want to go over the limit.
Thanks

It is max 180 days in a 12 month cycle (depending on how you work out your eligibility will depend on the 12 month cycle)

For 14 days leave i can get a letter from employer as this was my paid holidays. Other holidays where taken when i was on maternity leave. Will I need a letter from the employer comfirming that i was on a meternity leave?
Also,
My employer have now changed from Paper payslips to online payslips. Will UKBA accept online printed payslip? Employer is ready to provide a letter as they cannot issue me a paper payslip.

Hi
I have a quick question. I have applied with online printed Payslip without any seal. I have taken company headed
letter that has all months payment details with appropriate date in a table. Do you think it OK?
Please response me anybody has better idea on it.
Many thanks
