Hi,

We were just going through the PBS Extension letter and we got this doubt.

We see some phrases are you required to register with police etc etc. Few places it is showing Yes and few places it is showing No.

and we also see the same content is repeated almost 3 times. So were not able to judge.

We were not told at the time of application approval at PEO.

any suggestions please.

Please can anyone comment if you have faced similar situation. Any Tier 1 PBS dependent applied recently and approved?

You are required to register, if you are subject to Part 10 and Appendix 2.

Thanks Vinny for confirming it. So it means for the specified territories it is mandatory. I am an Indian citizen so it means it is not necessary? The approval letter is very confusing as nikku said. I am still in confused stage,I have called UK Visa and immigration general enquries they said they only support help to obtain Visas.

UK visas and registering with the police wrote:You’ll be told if you need to register with the police on one of the following documents:

your entry visa vignette (if you’re travelling to the UK)
your biometric residence permit (BRP)
the Home Office letter that approved your application for leave
