My ILE visa expires in July this year. My ILE visa is to join settlement with my parents (my mother and father both hold British Citizenship). I have stayed in UK for nearly 9 years and travelled abroad only once for three weeks in last year June. My questions are as follows :
(i) What happens when my ILE expires in July? Do I get deported ?
(ii) What actions should I take next ?
(iii) I will be travelling abroad in May for three weeks and will return before before my visa expires. Will I face problems with immigration officers ?
Any advice on it would be very much appreciated . Thank you

(i)
Nothing. No.
(ii) Don't spend more than 2 continuous years outside the UK. Return to the UK for the purposes of settlement. May
need to apply for
NTL if seeking
new employment.
(iii) Should be okay.

Sorry to ask you more questions but
What happens when I travel abroad after my ILE visa expires?
When my visa ends this july will I face any problem at my current work because of my expired ILE visa ?
Why people apply for NTL visa ?

I've added some more links for you above.
You
shouldn't experience problems with your current work.
People may
apply for
NTL (see also
29) if they don't want to carry mutiple passports when traveling or they are applying for
new employment.
How to apply for BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) ?

Since my Indefinite Leave to Enter (ILE) visa is expiring soon, I want to apply for NTL (No Time Limit), but to apply for NTL I require BRP. How can I apply for BRP ? Any advice on it is highly appreciated. Thanks

The NTL is
not really necessary, unless you are seeking new
employment or new
landlords.
The BRP reference no. is not applicable, if you have never had a BRP.
I don't think you should apply for NTL before you have a new passport.
Moreover, applying for
naturalisation instead may be money better spent.
