T1 Ent to ILR Job Creation Table

Dear Admin & Members
I am going to apply for ILR on the basis of 5 years T1 Ent route on 1st week of Jan. My last extension was issued on 03-2017. I am under pre April transitional arrangement. I have included my employee hours here. I have only included those suitable for showing last 12 months employment from my application date.
Worker 1 Part Time 5 Months
Worker 2 Part Time 3 Months
Worker 3 Part Time 1 Month
Worker 4 Full Time 12 Months
Worker 5 Full Time 9 Months
My queries are:
1. Is it enough to cover my job creation requirement?
2. I did not included a worker's 3 months because I lost his ID but it is in FPS. Is it fine?
3. Do I still have to show minimum 12 months job existence with these employees?
I am requesting your kind advice on this.
Thanks

Worker 1 P/T Dec 17 to APR 18 5 Months
Worker 2 P/T Feb 18 to APR 18 3 Months
Worker 3 P/T Dec 17 1 Month
Worker 4 F/T Nov 17 to Dec 18 13 Months
Worker 5 F/T APR 18 to Dec 18 9 Months
I am assuming you are pre Apr 2014 under transitional as you did not mention your initial visa date. So this answer is based on that.
You need 104 weeks of employment min 30 hours a week or 24 months.
You have 22 months of FT with worker 4 and 5 and you can combine worker 1 and 2 from Feb to Aprl min of 30 hours per week to make FT
So you have over 25 months which means your good.

seems ok

does not matter, you will provide salary slips as an evidence which ever employees you want to claim for
3. Do I still have to show minimum 12 months job existence with these employees?
you need 104 weeks of FT employment assuming you fall under transitional arrangement
I am requesting your kind advice on this.
Thanks

Worker 5 F/T APR 18 to Dec 18 9 Months
Use timeanddate calculator for precise calculation.
State the start and end dates of
Employees
E.g.
Employee 4= 1/11/17 to 31/12/18

yes assuming as aman said all your employee start dates are 01 and ends on either 31st or 1st so you have full months

Dear Members
I am sending my FPS copies as part of Set O application. Is it required to send submission proof or only details page is fine? My accountant suggested me that only FPS details copy is fine I am bit confused.
Thanks a lot

Thanks brother. So you meant that the page that contains IR mark and submission date time is not needed. Right?
