Tier 2 To ILR Payslip & Tax Code issue

Hi Everyone,
I am new registered but not new here as most of the time I can find the answer from previous posts without asking anyone.
Currently, I am about the submit my application (Tier 2 to ILR) but I am facing a problem with the tax code and payslip. I am not sure that is a matter or not.
Due to the current situation, most of the staff are working from home and my tax code was changed from 1250L to 1281L (working from home tax code for little home expenses). However, my payslip still on the old one which is 1250L. Obviously, my employee still paying the tax on time to HMRC. I told my account department already and they said they can either change that for me or that will be next month.
That would be great if someone can give me any advice on this?
Much appreciated!
Silas

Tax codes are adjusted by HMRC and this is normal. Working from home means that you are eligible to get £6 a week tax-free to cover your expenses. Your employer made a claim on your behalf and HMRC updated your tax code so that you get this automatically as part of your salary as you are paid through PAYE. This way you don't need to make a claim yourself.

This has nothing to do with your work visa. No need for any change.

Hi Zimba,
Thanks for your reply.
Do you mean nothing I need to worry about if my tax code does not match on my payslip and I can submit my ILR application using this payslip? Of course, the salary amount is matching with my bank statement as usual.
Thanks for your advice.

Absent Letter & Employer Letter

Hi Everyone,
I have a quick question regarding the absent letter which I am quite confusing. I know there are loads of people asking for similar before but I would like to ensure there is no problem.
I got 143 days absent in the UK over the past 5 years which including Sat/Sun/Bank holiday and no more than 180 days within any 12month period.
I got the letter from HR and they stated that all dates are Annual Paid Leave including Sat/Sun/Bank holiday. Is that okay? Or I should ask them to separate out which is the working day?
The letter comes with letterhead, representative of HR, and date but not officially signature due to the current working from home. Is it a matter without an actual signature?
Thanks again!
Silas

Hi,
In your list of absences, have you listed all leaves taken in the 5 year period? I guess only the days you were absent from UK (travelled out of UK) is required to be approved by employer. Other general leaves within UK are not required. I will leave it to the experts to confirm anyways.

Hi Sjagadeesan,
Thanks for your reply.
They listed all of my leaves outside the UK as I reported to HR every time (even include Sat/Sun/Bank holiday). The list is not included general leave inside the UK

Hi Zimba,
Thanks for yot reply again.
Is that a matter if my HR stated all my absence outside the UK as a paid leave on my absence letter even Sat/Sun/Bank holiday? That would be great if you can assist me with that please.
Thanks again

Hi Zimba,
Thanks again for the reply.
I may just be overthinking this. Do you mean on the letter doesn't really matter of the reason for leave or that is a working day or not as long as overall is not exceed the limit of 180days within any 12 months periods?
How about there is not actual signature? Is there any problem?
Silas

Details of the absence are not important to UKVI
