Issue: Sponsor licence number NOT FOUND

Good day to the lovely people in this forum.
I would like to ask regarding an issue I am having with regard to my ILR application.
Every time I fill out the bit that asks for my sponsor licence number, it states that:
"Licence number not found - please check the number. Enter your employer's sponsor licence number, not your CoS number."
I have done the following:
1. triple-checked to make sure I have entered the correct numbers
2. checked the Register of sponsors in the UK, and my employer is there on the latest roster.
3. Refreshed and restarted my application form
I am not sure what to do now, is this a possible glitch? Has this happened to anyone? I'm really stressed right now, as I am in a bit of time pressure here and I hope this won't be a cause of delay to my application.

Does it let you proceed without entering a number? If yes, you can clarify in the cover letter?

Yes, it lets me proceed, it's just that I wouldn't like to leave it blank as I would like to have a completed form so as to not give them anything to doubt /reject my application., I'm hoping that this is just a one-off glitch that sorts itself out...

No one can really answer why its not accepting the number if it is valid as you say. Try without spaces etc hit and trial. Otherwise the only option left is to clarify in the cover letter or any space the form provides to add additional info.

Do you think it's wise to leave the online application until Tuesday, when the HO is open and can respond to my call?
I can also call our HR on that day to clarify this...

Note: You must apply before your current visa expiry. It is up to you how long you want to wait if you have visa validity left.
The HO helpline is outsourced to a third party call centre. Likely they will not be able to help anyways. Maybe try your HR and see how it goes.
As long the license is valid you have nothing to worry or fear.

Thank you for the time you are taking to respond to my query, it really is helping me. Based on the threads that you have shown me, I can say that this has happened before to some people. I really do hope it is just a glitch. I will keep on trying every now and then, hopefully it will get through. I still have more than a month before my visa expires, so hopefully it won't be a problem if I wait on it until I get more clarity from my employer HR and/or better yet the HO itself...

Hopefully it is a temporary glitch. Should be sorted on its own with some time. Good luck.
Re: ILR Consent for verification of application

Hi guys,
This might seem a no-brainer question, but I would like to be sure:
The consent form contains 3 parts - Part 1 for applicant himself and parts 2 and 3 for joint account holders and third-party sponsors.
I am financially independent and my bank account is a personal one and not shared.
Should I just skip Parts 2 and 3 and just send Part 1? or do I have to send the entire 3 parts, leaving the other 2 blank?
Thank you for your patience... I think I am overthinking this, but just needs a bit of clarity.

Part 1 only applies to you.
I sent only Part 1 for my own application (as only that applied to me) and did not send Part 2 and Part 3 and had no issues.
But you can send the whole set, sign Part 1 and mention N/A on part 2 and 3.
Confusion re: most recent payslip and bank statement validity date

Good day to the lovely people of this forum.
So I am aware that supporting docs such as my most recent payslip and bank statement must be dated NO EARLIER than one moth before the date of application.
My confusion:
My date of online application (inc. payments + confirmation):..07 April 2021
My UKVCAS biometric appointment:..................................04 May 2021 (earliest available date)
Also, I opted for my docs to be scanned for me on the appointment date for an additional charge.
Question is:
Should I base the validity/expiry date of my payslip/bank statement on the date I applied online, or the date that I will scan/submit my documents, which is almost a month later?
Many thanks, and may you have a nice day

The date you applied online is relevant to your supporting documents as that is the date of application.
