ILR 10 Year Period query

I have a query for my friend.
he had spent 5 years on Tier 2 ICT. After that, he travelled frequently on a business VISA during the cooling-off period of TIER 2 ICT. After completing the cooling-off period, he came again on Tier 2 ICT. Will business VISA be considered towards ILR long residence if there is no continuous absence of more than 180 days and total absence under 540 days?

Hi, when you say Business Visa is valid, do you mean visitor visa for Business purpose? Does that count?

1. This question has already been answered and is answered many time constantly. Nothing is unclear about "ALL visas count".
2. It is also considered rude to tag your questions onto someone else topic. It is unfair to users and creates confusion when members respond especially if you keep posting questions in a topic that is not your own
