Hi,
I am helping a family member complete the ILR application and want to check, I am choosing the correct catergory.
His spouse was born in the UK and he joined her on the 5 year route, which is going to be completed in December.
Is the ILR set (m) the correct one ? as I also seen a different ILR route called private family.
Many thanks for your help

Employment letter for non-salaried income

Hi,
I have a quick question please.
We are doing an ILR set (m) application and the income falls under non-salaried, as pay is based on an hourly rate.
HO ask the employer to provide the gross yearly income, the employer has provided the hourly rate but not the gross on the letter.
Shall I get them to put down the average, which I have worked out over 6 months x by 12? will that be ok?
Also, with the correspondence documents, is it ok to use bank statements, council tax etc for each year as 1 document each?
Many thanks for all your help in advance.

I will let other reply regarding your employer letter query.

No, this is not sufficient. You need 2 years evidence in joint names or each individually, from 3 to 4 different sources, covering every 3 to 4 months to prove cohabitation.

A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
• the person's employment and gross annual salary
• the length of their employment
• the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied
upon in the application
• the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency)
• Personal bank statements corresponding to the same period(s) as the payslips
at paragraph 2(a), showing that the salary has been paid into an account in the
name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly
• where the person is either a director or employee (or both) of a limited
company based in the UK, evidence that the company is not a type specified in
paragraph 9(a). This can include the latest Annual Return filed at Companies
House
In addition to the evidence listed above, paragraph 2A of Appendix FM-SE specifies
that P60(s) for the relevant period(s) of employment (if issued) and a signed
contract(s) of employment may also be submitted in respect of paid employment in
the UK. If they are not submitted, the decision-maker may grant the application if
otherwise satisfied that the requirements of Appendix FM-SE relating to that
employment are met, or they may ask for the documents to be submitted in
accordance with paragraph D of the Appendix.
For contact work and variable monthly income, the employer letter does not need to specify the gross annual salary

Sorry to trouble you all again, just in process of uploading the documents and want to ask if combining pictures of passport pages as one PDF document would be fine or do home office prefer each document to be a single separate attachment.
Many thanks
