Letter from Past Employers

Hi!
I’m applying for ILR after having spent 5 years in the UK as a Skilled Worked (originally came on Tier 2 General and I guess the Visa has changed name?).
First 2 years - worked for Company A
Third year - worked for Company B
Last 2 years - working for Company C, my current employer
I travelled out of the UK many times and I definitely have NOT been out more than 180 days in any 12 month period.
The application says that I need to provide this:
“Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies for Mr xxxxxME!!xxxxx”
For this, do I absolutely need to get these letters from my past employers Company A and Company B as well?
Also one of the periods I was away from the UK when working for Company B was 36 days, my longest time away, I was partially on holiday during this time and the remaining time I was working remotely.
Would this cause any issues?
Also some info: For all my 5 years in the UK, I was fully employed and paid the whole time and this is reflected in my tax account too (i.e., no gaps).
Thank you, in advance!
