Main applicant - WP visa 6/12/07, UK entry 20/12/07
Dependant (spouse) visa 11/12/07, UK entry 20/12/07.
Both no status changes and never left UK during this period.

My calculated application date is 9/11/12. Am I correct?

Also, does the spouse need to meet the 5yr residency criteria individually?
Please advise.

Safe for both to apply for ILR (134, 196E) from Thursday, 22 November 2012 and before leave expires.
