I'm confused that do I have to send my wife's TB test certificate with the visa application OR she just need to show this certificate on her arrival into UK only?11. If your spouse has been fortunate enough to be granted a visa and are now coming to the UK, make sure they bring their valid TB certificate with them, as they will be required to show it on arrival into the UK.

Are you deliberately ignoring the requests to keep your queries in a single topic/thread.CR001 wrote:And please keep your questions to one topic/thread
No.I need to know that do I need Housing Inspection first of all?
http://www.immigrationboards.com/immigr ... 06101.html• Housing Inspection Report for Immigration Purposes
• This report can be obtained from your local Council (cost between £75- 125) or local Estate agents. The report will briefly outline the condition and state of the property, how many rooms it has, how many occupants intend to reside there. This is to ensure the property is habitable and is not overcrowded.
Details of the accommodation that you and your sponsor intend to live in and permission for you to stay there along with evidence of any other occupants.
This could include:
Land Registry documents
mortgage statements
rent book or tenancy agreement
council tax statements
property inspection report
utilities bills
accommodation details with a supporting letter from the occupant/ landlord confirming that you are able to stay there
Could implies possibility. It's different from must or should. I don't think property inspection reports are mandatory. I don't think that caseworkers' instructions mentions them.TheWisdom wrote:https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... lement.pdfDetails of the accommodation that you and your sponsor intend to live in and permission for you to stay there along with evidence of any other occupants.
