ILR- email from home office (URGENT)

Hi Everyone,

I hope all are doing well and safe.
I have applied last month for ILR dependent application.
1. I have received email from home office (WandSContingencyCaeworker) the is week that due to covid all centres are closed and the are asking to upload the documents and send them back via email, has any one received similar email recently?

2. They have mentioned that application decision might take longer than 6 months.

3. Also they have asked for bank statement with maintainance of 630£ for 90 days ( I haven't seen anywhere in the guidance which was published in march 2020)

Can you please let me know if you have received mail asking for similar above information.

If you searched the forum, you would have seen many have received such/similar emails.

Reply to the email and send the documents asked for an advise you are apply for ILR and NOT a pbs dependent extension (unless of course there is some reason you don't meet the requirement such as too many absences since 11th January 2018).

@CR001: Thanks for your reply. I am within the absence limit. Another things is I read online that ''applicant must not any absence before 11 Jan 2018",
1. that means I shouldn't include absence in my covering letter before this above date?.
2. And this absence covering letter I have to sign and submit, isn't it,and I don't need absence letter anything from employer as I am applying dependent visa, isn't?

Please suggest.

The email states to EMAIL the documents.

1. Correct. Also, you don't write a covering letter for your absence as a PBS Dependent applying for ILR. You should have completed the absence in the SET(O) form if you have any absence AFTER 11th January 2018. No supporting letter is required.

2. No. You do NOT need a letter of any sort.
