Submitting my SET(LR) application soon - 10 years minus 28 days. I imagine my application is very straightforward, except for one 1 small hiccup:
A few months back, I was (falsely) accused of sexual assault. Was arrested and the lot. Provided the Police with the exonerating evidence which led to an NFA with the reason being 'undermining material from the complainant'. They declined to prosecute the false accuser as per the nature of these cases.
Legally, I'm a clean slate. However, on this question:
'Is there any other information about your character or behaviour which you would like to make us aware of?'
Should I declare my arrest record? Not sure what the deal is, given that the case was NFA'd I'm inclined not to declare. However, I'd rather it not negatively affect my application.
Please do let me know what you think!
Thanks all in advance

P.S. I can't see the 'super priority service' as an option when filling in the form - does anyone know what the deal is/when it'll be an option again? Hoping to do some travelling soon that's all.
P.P.S. I believe that days of arrival/departure from the UK do not count towards the 540 days limit for SET(LR) - read from multiple sources & guidances. Would be great if someone in the know can reassure me of this!
