ILR for under 18

Post by mayyur123 » Thu Aug 26, 2021 12:31 am

hi, i have been granted ILR on the basis of 10 years long residency. now i have to apply ILR for my daughter, she also has completed her 10 year long residency and she was not born in the UK.
i have couple of questions please. should i fill the same SET (LR) long residency online form which i filled for myself and if yes then my daughter is 15 years old so she does not need to do English language test and life in the UK test? will the form allow me to skip both section for child while filling it online? or i have to write somewhere that applicant is under 18?
thanks for your time.
