3 years on Tier 2 Minister of religion and 2 years Global talent visa

Hi,

I came to the country with a tier 4 visa and switched to Tier 2 Minister-of-Religion in 2017 and after spending 3 years on it, I switched to the Global talent visa. I have now spent 3 years on the Exceptional global talent visa.

Can I apply for ILR since I have spent more than 5 years on a work visa (Tier 2 minister of religion and exceptional global talent)?
