alterhase58 wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 4:15 pmAs advised type of application is "Registration as British Citizen" form MN1.
You are applying for registration under section 3(1)crakuri1984 wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 5:33 pmSorry , the guideline say's otherwise ?
Section 3(2) says
A child will qualify under this section if:
• they were born outside the UK
• either of the child’s parents was a British citizen by descent at the time of the
child’s birth
so based on this , can i still use "Registration as British Citizen" form MN1.
Again timeline:Is there any problem applying under "Apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen" visa type?
