hi everyone,
just to let u guys know that,after the complain to the NWSCU,,
I just receive the letter from the H.O saying that my case is now allocated to a case worker and the will contact me if they need any documents,,
Now i will like to know ,because i'm not married to my partner will it be a problem?
we planning as well to apply for the certificat of approval for the marriage,,,
can we be turn down?

hi everyone,,,2day is the greatest day 4 me.
just receive my RC this friday,
after all the advices just want to tanks everyone in this forum,
thanks to VINY,KAMPK121,ROZEN and all the rest,,,
after joining this forum it has been quick,,,
after 8 months of waiting 4 a response 4 my eea2, with the advice i receive from the forum i complain to the NWCSU on the 18 /5/09,on the 21/5/09 i receive a letter from the H.O confirming that my case has been allowed to a caseworker who will get in touch with me..on the 10/6/09 i receive my passeport with the RC on it and it was valid from the 29/5/09 :o
good stuff,,,thanks again everyone and good luck.
