hi ,
my case is same like you but i am showing UK+ indian income as well.for uk income which is salary based,it is easy.but i have doubts about the indian documents . i spent 2 months in india and i worked as a real estate agent. i managed to made 3 deals during that time. all the clients paid me my commission @1.2% of sold property value. though cheques. i deposit those directly in my bank.
so at the moment i have thse documents
1. Copy of invoices given to clients
2. Letter from CA confirming my details.
3. invoice explanation from CA.
4. income and expenditure letter from CA.
5. Original Bank Statement
6. photocopy of property sale agreements, clients IDs, cheques (all nortary attested).

i do not have TAx document as deals made after april2010 ,so my CA says that tax return should be filled next year because its 2010-2011 tax year now.
can you please tell that are these documents enough or do need TAX doc or certificate from clients.
regards
bik
