The job market in London is very difficult. So I am trying to be realistic
If a Company already has Tier 2 registration with UKBA / has a license , why would they NOT want to sponsor ?
What are the hurdles for them to overcome?
(1) they need to advertise role for 28 days
(2)
They need to fill out a Resident Labour Market Test that shows that they will NOT be displacing a settled resident as per qualifications ....
after 28 days of advertisement
is THIS where their objections would come from?
passing this test?
is it a very high hurdle/arduous?
(3) basically , if a company is already licensed to sponsor tier 2 general (not intra company, but rather, general) what would their objections be to actually doing it?
how much of a nightmare is it for them?
