Dependent application rejection question

Post by sheraz_aries » Sun Feb 19, 2012 5:22 pm

I am going to file my wife dependent visa extension application as tier 1 General dependent.

Her entry clearance dependent application was rejected earlier on deception that later on approved on Appeal hearing,

On Application form, it says :

E8. Have you ever been refused entry clearance/visa or leave to enter or remain in the UK?

Do i need to Tick Yes and write details below or can i simply select no (as it was later on approved on Appeal )
Many Thanks

Tick 'yes' and write details of appeal result, etc.

Much appreciated your promptly reply,

I would be writing couple of lines mentioning the appeal result along with appeal reference number. Would that be sufficient or also need to send some kind of evidence as well?
Many Thanks
