Any way to get premium appointment

Hi All
Just wondering if someone can share their experience of how and what time to look for premium appointmnet?
If you look they say no appontment till next 45 working days any where in Uk.

There is no premium service same day decision anymore. You have to use the new UKCVAS service. The premium service centres have been closed.

If u go through new system
Just before payment it asks to select location of ur premuim attendence
That is whre it says no appointments in next 45 working days

Are you applying ILR on SET(O)?

Did you choose existing or new service before the payment page??

I want to go on long residence ilr..
And not exactly remeber whuch service i chose
Please explain it a bit further as how it works and what service is easy to get premium appountmnet by..
A detailed reply from anyone with said knowledge will be much appreciated..
