No university degree, he's on a gap year before starting university and by college, I mean he's did his A Levels. Thankssecret.simon wrote: ↑Sun Feb 16, 2020 10:04 pmHas he got a university degree in the UK (studying for one does not count)? "College" can mean a variety of things in the UK.
Gap year in this case is irrelevant. No requirement to work or be studying for citizenship.Charmzz007 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2020 9:06 amTaking this time off to figure out what he wants to study (he's not travelling, still job hunting)
He needs to do the HO approved B1 test from an approved test provided and the LIUK test. A levels is not sufficient and does not exempt him.Charmzz007 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2020 9:09 amNo university degree, he's on a gap year before starting university and by college, I mean he's did his A Levels.
