Employment letters

Post by Shahman0007 » Thu Feb 16, 2023 6:12 pm

Hi previously asked that my employer wasn't issuing employment letter anymore, I got told that contract,p60 and wage slips were sufficient for whatever I needed it for, got told on here that need to go back and explain, I would but my h.r manager isn't available at the moment and the staff just repeat the same that they can't make it for me so now what do I do? My solicitor just repeats that it's mandatory without highly likely that case visa application is rejected, but like I said what can do if a company refuses to issue one and says everything is in my contract? I know in the contract it will say am permanent, hourly rate, job title, maybe how long I been with the company (not too sure), it will not mention yearly salary, it will not mention last 6 months salary? I'm getting really stressed out now
