Following on this thread I need some advice on how to answer the following question from the Set(M) form as I will be submitting my foreign degree certificate which i submitted in my previous successful applications ?
"Select which qualification you have obtained to prove your knowledge of the English language: (Required)
1)A speaking and listening qualification at level B1 or above from the Secure English Language Test (SELT) list
2)An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised standard of a bachelor’s or master’s degree or PhD in the United Kingdom and:
3)None "

- (ii) that leave (or a grant of leave which preceded it provided any periods of leave since have been unbroken) was given on the basis that the applicant had an English language qualification at a minimum level of B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- (iii) at the date of application, the provider of that qualification continues to be approved by the Secretary of State.
