Hello everyone,
I would like to ask experienced members to shed some light on this, family member of eu citizen appears with documents required for eu directive on external eu border without visa but with eu spouce, what are the chances of getting entry, denied entry or just not getting heard by border guards. Any experiences? We are thinking on this way after getting refused by eu embassies. Can it work?

Thank you , i have read it, in the part two it is written we should be living together outside eu but right now we aren’t so what now?
Someone just told me they aren’t issuing visa on the border? So how does it work

Reading the OP it suggests a visa is required? This being the case why not just get the visa and save the angst and stress of turning up without it?
Are there other circumstances which preclude securing a visa?

We don't yet know the reason for EU embassies (in the plural), refusing previous applications. This may be relevant.

Well getting a visa from embassies in asian countries specially south asia is not easy well i should say almost impossible I tried two times but i got such refusals which are completely making no sense n after getting tired of being treated very badly i realised it is not possible to get visa from embassy. So now i m thinking of getting entry on border with my eu family but i have literally no idea how i m going to be treated there.

Is it not possible for your EU family to make the application on your behalf at the embassy in the country your EU family resides?

We have been thinking n meeting lawyers about this in her country but it is only possible if I will be physically n legally present in her country

I don't understand how a non EEA family member of EU citizen can be refused at any EU embassy if the only thing to show is the marriage certificate.

What were the grounds for refusal? Which embassies did you apply to?
Which country are you resident in and which country did you get married in (and how, proxy marriage, etc)?
Which border are you planning to come via? And what is your final destination?

I hope you will get visa but there are some cases on this forum who got visa after arriving on airport or seaport, didn’t read about land border. Cases like people appeared on calais n got visa from french or couple at warsaw airport got entry. Maybe someone else can also give references to success stories. All the best

well i have been refused reasons given for refusal are
purpose for justifiction and intention to leave the territory of schengen state could not be ascertained

Well be prepared in advance for lot of time and discussion with border gaurds if you decide to go to border without visa. As far as I know according to the directive if you appear without visa n you manage to prove your family ties you should be granted visa on the spot.
