If she is on the FLR(FP) 10 year route, then she can either apply on FLR(FP) and stick with the 10 year route (4 x 2.5 year visas) or she can switch to the 5 year route again from scratch on FLR(M) meeting the English and financial requirement.jojo77m wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 10:24 amhi
I'm british, we've 2 uk national kids together.
her brp card doesnt say anything about her visa, only LTR with no public funds.
i can't remember if we applied as a FLR(FP) or FLR(M).
2.5 years ago we did however forget the need to provide an updated english test so they refused our extension under 5 years and switched her on to a 10 years under R-LTRP.1.1.(a,(B)
thanks

From October, for a 2.5 year visa, it will be £1562.50 plus the visa fee.
