Is FLR (FP) Correct Form???

Post by sheraz78 » Thu Nov 28, 2019 6:18 pm

The question is on behalf of my client

Her last visa was extended in june 2017 on the basis of 10 years parent route- Family and private life in the UK.

The visa was extended for 2.5 years and her visa extension is due in two weeks time.

Please confirm

1) If the FLR (FP) form is the correct form for her visa extension.

2) Whether she have to pay IHS as well.

3) Whether she MUST have to apply online or she can apply through postal service as well

Your reply would be highly appreciated

Best Regards

You seem to post a lot of different visa categories questions for "clients".

Are you asking for free immigration advice on the forum and then charging your "clients" for "advice"?

I'm just a guy on the Internet who immigrated to the UK. My opinions are based on my experience and interpretation of the immigration rules and should not be considered legal or immigration advice; your mileage may vary.

Dear CR001

Thank you very much for your query and comments.
I am practicing accountant and this forum has helped me a lot while I was on Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.
I have number of clients and friends who who are not aware of this forum and I discuss their situation on their behalf but never charge anything and have no intention of charging as It is outside scope of my practice.

Best Regards

Best would be if you direct them to this forum who can ask their own questions.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
