flr parent visa

Post by savane2 » Fri Nov 20, 2020 11:40 am

hi

i am mentally exhausted given my situation and i would really appreciate any advice.

1) can someone please tell me the way to apply for parent visa in the uk as an overstayer mother with a British child?

2) i know there is no same day service anymore, what is the procedure for the 24 hours service? This service is available for overstayers cause i have heard of overstayers/illegal immigrant mother using the service unless there have been or there will be some changes to this.

3)what documents will i need)

4)the dad and i are not in a relation anymore but we are living together because we can t afford a separate rent at the moment and we don t have friends who can accommodate either i or him. Will this be a problem if we share the same address even if we are not in the relationship anymore?

many thanks for your reply

You need to read the official guidance to ascertain your eligibility:
