Finally got my decision today! It took around 10 weeks after my biometrics - its a bit longer than the normal 8 week timeline, but given mine was an ILR BRP I'm relieved it didn't take even longer. (Many people said it can take several months for ILR BRP replacements)

My timeline is:
Submitted UKVI application on 12-Jan-2022
Received confirmation to use IDV app on 17-Jan-2022
Submitted biometrics via app on 18-Jan-2022
Decision: 28-Mar-2022

Waiting for my BRP to be delivered now.

No like what type of visa. Since i am definite and i am a dependant on my mum i am 18. So i just selected family when applying for the replacement when it said which visa you have

Hi,
How did you receive your decision, was it in post or via e-mail?
I was asked to submit my biometrics in person instead of IDV app. Submitted the biometrics on 25th Feb via UKVCAS in London, Mark Lane, awaiting decision.

I applied in November, enrolled my biometrics in late November and received a email from UKVCAS (FES Submissions <no-reply@mail.ukvcas.co.uk>) confirming that my supporting information for your visa application has been submitted to UKVI.

Since then I have received absolutely nothing from UKVI, then last week I saw a refund on my credit card statement equivalent to the applicaiton fee in value. I have tried both email and call to reach UKVI without luck. The paid email service just gives you the stock answer on website, the call service cant be connected to a human being. It's very distressing because my old BRP expired in February. :(

That’s odd. Does the refund transaction give any details on who is it from. Check your spam mail folder just in case.

I received my decision on April 4 but haven't gotten an email from TNT yet about delivery. Have you gotten one yet? I can't seem to find out how long that will take.

https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... rt-problem
If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024
You do not need to tell UKVI if your BRP expires on 31 December 2024 but your immigration status (for example, your visa) allows you to stay longer.

You will not need a BRP from 1 January 2025. You’ll be able to prove your immigration status online, without a BRP.

UKVI will update their information on how to prove your immigration status in early 2024. You do not need to do anything and your immigration status will not be affected.

Just received my BRP now.

Keep in mind that you will get a email from TNT the same day they will deliver the BRP. You will get an email early morning around 4am and it should arrive most of the time before 12pm.

Good luck everyone and i hope no one loses their BRP again.
