Help for Adopted Daughter in Uganda

Hello Iam requesting for help my adopted daughter was born in the uk which qualify a to be a citizen she's now 15yrs and she's currently living in Uganda I need help on how she can come back to the uk becoz she was denied a passport in Uganda since she was'nt born in Uganda

She's my wife fist daughter so she automatically bacomes my daughter and my wife lived in the uk that's when she gave birth to her my daughter has documents to show that she was born in the uk

Are you saying the 15 year old child is your wifes first daughter from another relationship? If so, if you have not legally adopted her, then she is not 'your' daughter. She is then only your 'step daughter'. Marrying someone with a child from a previous relationship doesn't make that child yours automatically or legally.

What is the mother's visa status and where is the mother?

My wife and daughter were denied asylum with no reason given not even taken to court and deported to Rwanda that's the reason they found themselves in Uganda coz by then they had no choice. There currently staying in Kampala Uganda

As the child does not appear to be legally adopted by you through the courts, you cannot apply for citizenship for the child as simply being born in the UK is not enough. Her mother would need to hold ILR.

Well the child has her originals of birth certificates to show as proof that she is born in the uk she has relatives living and staying in the uk all we want her to go to the uk she can stay with any of them

As I said, being born in the UK does not give her any automatic rights or citizenship if neither of her parents held Indefinite Leave to Remain or gained Indefinite leave to remain after her birth.

Her biological father is here in Uganda but he is a uk citizen already

My guess is that the OP does not have a UK immigration status and isn't in the UK at the moment.

Most likely what the OP is after is that if the step-daughter is a British citizen, then the step-daughter, her birth mother and step-father can move to the UK as the family of a British citizen.

It all depends on whether the child was born before or after her birth father acquired British citizenship. If the child was born after the birth father acquired British citizenship, then she is a British citizen by descent.
