Sorry, your post is not clear.

Are you saying the 15 year old child is your wifes first daughter from another relationship? If so, if you have not legally adopted her, then she is not 'your' daughter. She is then only your 'step daughter'. Marrying someone with a child from a previous relationship doesn't make that child yours automatically or legally.

What is the mother's visa status and where is the mother?

My wife and daughter were denied asylum with no reason given not even taken to court and deported to Rwanda that's the reason they found themselves in Uganda coz by then they had no choice. There currently staying in Kampala Uganda

As the child does not appear to be legally adopted by you through the courts, you cannot apply for citizenship for the child as simply being born in the UK is not enough. Her mother would need to hold ILR.

What is your UK immigration status?

It really is very difficutl to offer any useful advice if you don't post a bit more detail.

As I said, being born in the UK does not give her any automatic rights or citizenship if neither of her parents held Indefinite Leave to Remain or gained Indefinite leave to remain after her birth.

Where is the childs biological father?

You seem to be avoiding my question about your immigration status in the UK if you have any.

Are you asking on behalf of the biological father or for yourself?

When did the biological father get his British citizenship?

You are not answering the questions that are being asked and I cannot keep repeating them.

Kindly do not post full personal details such as full names and dates of birth on the forum.

I will leave others to respond as you as you are ignoring my questions related to important and relevant information when I am trying to help you.

Good luck!!

My guess is that the OP does not have a UK immigration status and isn't in the UK at the moment.

Most likely what the OP is after is that if the step-daughter is a British citizen, then the step-daughter, her birth mother and step-father can move to the UK as the family of a British citizen.

It all depends on whether the child was born before or after her birth father acquired British citizenship. If the child was born after the birth father acquired British citizenship, then she is a British citizen by descent.
