ILR Application-Tier 1 dependent -> Query on 2 years of s

Hello Friends,

I have a doubt in eligiblity criteria for my wife(tier1 dependent) to apply for ILR visa. She lived in UK for 2 years but not continuously i.e

1) dec 2008 to july 2009 - 7 months
2) aug 2009 to july 2010 - in abroad - 1 year gap
3) aug 2010 to jan 2012 - 18 months

As a main applicant, I lived in uk for the past 5 years continuously... But considering above long break for my dependent, could we go ahead to apply for ILR at the same time? Please advise.
