Thanks for all your help. But still I am confused with the below.

You said that no letter is required from sponsor but case worker guidance says a letter or email. I have asked my employer to mention I am required for foreseeable future but they are a bit hesitant on that. Is it ok if they exclude this in the email/letter. " The sponsor should not assign a new CoS for this purpose – an email or letter is sufficient, as long as it can be verified with the sponsor if necessary."

Thanks for your guidance, we have received our ILR (Both parents and dependent children). I have a question my children are under 18 years, can I apply for their British Citizenship without waiting for 1 year while we (parents) are still on ILR?
