Parent ilr daughter outside uk

Hello everyone.
Hope all members are safe.

I will be applying for Ilr soon (Lr). My question is my 2 year old daughter born in uk is currently outsider Uk on tier 4 dependent visa expiring soon.
What visa should i apply for her after getting my ilr can i apply her British passport from abroad (Pakistan) as i can't bring her back now due to Covid 19 travel restrictions.

But incase i don't want to bring my daughter as i don't feel safe for her, can i still apply for her passport in Pakistan?

She doesn't qualify for a British passport as she is not a British citizen. Only a British citizen can apply for a British passport.

Once you have ilr, you have to register her as British on form MN1 first. Only once approved and the registration certificate sent to you can she apply for a British passport.

So the process is same doesn't matter if she is in Uk or Pakistan i have to do Mn1 form first?

Yes. It takes longer from abroad as does a passport application.
