Someone said to me to wait for my october payslip and not use aprils. But do you think if I attach a letter they will actually read it?
When will you want to apply?

I want to apply in September , but if i dont use april payslip ill have to apply in November as i receive my wages at the end of each month.
So if its safe to use aprils slip, with a supporting letter, i hope that itll be ok and they wont reject it? :(

You have both options depending on your own level of patience. If personal circumstances/visa policy is not going to change then no harm in applying later to keep things more smoother otherwise you can apply under previously advised plan.

No one can predict it accurately. you have both choices. If you are still afraid from first plan then can even use your or your partner's savings for just in case.

I will go ahead with my April payslip and provide a supporting letter and also a copy of my contract to show my salary and stating employers error. As it is the NHS, im sure it will go according to the plan

There is no NHS pension. Maybe you referring to pension which deducts each month from wages as a voluntary contribution to your pension. Your gross wages will be considered before any deduction (tax/pension/any other deductions).

Hi
Not sure if you're aware but there is a NHS pension scheme which both employees and the NHS pay into. It's about 9% of our annual wage which is deducted every month.
Ok thanks you've answered my question, Thanks for ur help

The NHS pension is also seperate from the state pension that all individuals receive. kind regards

Realistically its a pension contribution and if you are working in nhs then its called nhs pension. Recently it become compulsory for all employers to auto enrol its workers into pension scheme where they sacrifice some portion of their wages towards it. But back to question, the gross wages before any deductions will be considered.

You can start filling the application but don't submit it until you gets your final 6th month payslip because if it will be dated after the application then it won't be considered. In past usually within 10-15 days you have to send the documents but you should recheck again from local vfs centre as the procedure as now changed where these documents are electronically submitted by the applicant or uk sponsor through their vfs centres.

In my opinion it starts when they receive your documents because without them no processing can be started. In most cases they receive documents at the time of biometrics especially when you chooses vfs scan & upload service.

Hi
I am looking to apply in the next couple of weeks for my spouse's visa.
I receive my last and final payslip on 28th October, is it ok to fill in online application on 21st October, book biometrics appointment and then scan in documents within the 2 week period to speed up process?

Kind regards

You may fill & save the application before 28th October but should only submit it on or after 28th.

Ok thank you. I'll start application on 21st, and submit on 28th when I recieve my final payslip. Such a long process.
When a spouse visa is approved, who is usually informed first? Will i as the UK sponsor be informed or will it be my husband who's in Pakistan?

The applicant or their representative.
